The Board of Directors of Leader Environmental Technologies Limited (the "Company") is pleased to announce that the ordinary resolution as set out in the Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting dated 1 November 2012 in connection with the proposed change of external auditors from Messrs Ernst & Young LLP to Messrs Foo Kon Tan Grant Thornton LLP, was duly approved and passed by the Members at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held on Friday, 16 November 2012.
