| Detailed Reason (s) for cessation | Following the completion of the disposal of AIWater Group, Mr. Li Li will cease to be the Chief Executive Officer ("CEO") of the Company, and assume the CEO position of AIWater Group. His resignation will take effect on 1st September 2025. The Group's Deputy Chief Executive Officers, Dr. Jerry Liu and Mr. Oliver Wu, will assume Mr. Li Li's duties to ensure continuity of operations and a smooth transition. Other than as disclosed in this announcement, the Board confirms that there are no other material reasons for Mr. Li Li's resignation. The Board would like to express its sincere appreciation to Mr. Li Li for his valuable contributions during his tenure with the Group. |
